1948. Foundation of Volán, a public delivery company owned by the state
1966. Hungarocamion Rt. is established
1994. György Wáberer and his partners privatize the Volán Tefu Share Company. They re- organize the company and add logistical services to its operations.
1999. Acquisition of Volán Tefu Rt.
2001. Volán Tefu Rt. and MÁV Rt. establish Intermodal Logistics Center of Budapest (BILK), the biggest logistics center in Central Europe.
2002. Volán Tefu Rt.’s acquisition of Hungarocamion Rt, which creates the largest delivery and logistical operations supplier in Hungary and all of Central Europe.
2003. The organization takes on the name WABERER'S and introduces the unique customer service protocol system called WABERER'S OPTIMUM SOLUTION™ .
2004. As Volán Tefu Rt.’s successor in right, Waberer's Holding Logistics Share Company is established, which assumes the management of the holding. Waberer's Holding enters into a partnership with AIG New Europe Fund. Establishing further companies in Europe, completing another acquisition in Hungary.
The 100.000 square meter of the logistics services warehouse is opened in BILK Logistics Rt.
Waberer’s receives the honorary title of „Company of the year” in Hungary.
2005. Regional expansion.
2006. The name of Hungarocamion Rt. changes to Waberer's International Holding, while domestic transportation is serviced from now on by Waberer’s Trans Ltd.
2007. Waberer's Holding Zrt. Acquires majority ownership in Multicont Zrt, the operator of the Freeport of Budapest and becomes the single owner of Révész Eurotrans Ltd.
2008: In the third quarter of this year Waberer’s Logistics Ltd merges with Waberer’s Trans Ltd. which created the largest market leading company of logistics services.
